Position 1: Marketing Manager （Full-time/Intern）
Location: Shanghai
Key Objectives:

Job Description:
1、 Plan and execute e-marketing programs including website development, online promotion, EDM and other E-marketing activities;
2、 Develop B to B strategy and identify potential business opportunities with related business;
3、 Cooperate with other business/organizations to maximize brand exposure and increase sales
4、 Develop marketing plan to promote brand awareness and engage target customers;
5、 Create, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns to increase interest for products;
6、 Implement marketing campaign & plans within budget;
7、 Develop public relation while gathering and coordinating press materials and media requests to maintain a good relationship with media;
8、 Coordinate with HQ on design and review translation to develop leaflet/brochure/ catalogues;
9、 Develop and manage customer database for campaign and loyalty program;
Requirements:
1、 Degree holder in Business/ Marketing/ E-commerce or related discipline, MBA is a plus;
2、 Minimum 5 years in Marketing in retail industry, preferably home furnishing and preferable in an international company;
3、 Minimum 3 years in a team leader position;
4、 Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English;
5、 A strong creative and intuitive sense complemented by solid business acumen, track record in delivering marketing effectiveness spend (ROI);
6、 Deep understanding on how to execute web promotions, email programs and website development;
7、 Good analytical, planning and problem solving skills;
8、 Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
9、 Must be creative, well organized, independent, self-motivated, and proactive;
10、 Able to work independently and willing to work overtime when necessary;
11、 Highly computer literate with mastery of MS Office;
Position 2: Product Manager （Full-time/Intern）
Location: Shanghai
Job Description:
1、 Analyze sales report, stock report and other reports to identify the products selling trend;
2、 Plan sourcing strategy based on sales information;
3、 Propose and plan new product lines, provide directions for merchandising team on new products;
4、 Marketing research of competitor brands and stores;
5、 Responsible for new product line launch, including proposal, pricing, marketing and in store activities;
6、 Work with Marketing team for new product launch and commercial calendar to promote sales;
7、 Co-operate with VM team on products display based on different product lines
Requirements:
1、 University degree or above;
2、 Overseas education preferred;
3、 Min. 2 years working experience in international retail company;
4、 Interested in home furnishing industry;
5、 Open minded, hard working and willing to experiment;
6、 Excellent speaking and writing English;
7、 Familiar with MS Office software;
8、 Self discipline and self-motivated
