Position Overview
A Sr. Recruitment Analyst will be responsible for supporting all measurement and analytics for the recruitment organization across Shanghai Disney Resort. The individual should thrive in a data rich environment where they will be responsible for extracting data from our HR recruitment system and transform it into actionable analysis/reporting, dashboards, and forecasts that support the business needs of the recruitment organization. This analyst will have a natural curiosity to identify and analyze trends to facilitate short and long term business decisions and improve performance results. To help achieve this, this individual will need to create and maintain consultative relationships throughout all client organizations and key partner groups including Finance, Workforce Analytics, HRIS, Workforce Management, and Talent Management to ensure integration and connection of information. The analyst will help blaze new paths in employee related research; developing complex modeling that serves business needs, and helping to maximize the Company’s investment in recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute on strategic priorities and plan for all recruitment analytics & insights
Consult with segment/functional recruitment teams and recruitment COEs to understand, prioritize, and deliver recruitment analytics and insights
Define and track measures, such as recruiter, client and candidate satisfaction, recruiter productivity and candidate quality, to continually find ways to advance the recruitment organization
Responsible for ensuring consistent reporting, forecasting, and diagnostic analyses of business issues for the recruitment organization
Develop relationships with segment and enterprise recruitment leaders and business partners to ensure integration and connection of information.
Drive process improvement initiatives for client businesses on optimization of system usage to support reporting objectives.
Develop and implement reporting strategy and project plans for recruitment businesses.
Responsible for ad hoc analysis of recruitment data to identify opportunities to more effectively focus on quality of hire and process efficiencies.
Establish regular reporting to measure candidate slate, composition of candidate pipelines, and yield conversion from sourcing strategies.
Analyze the effectiveness of various recruitment strategies including intern conversions, conferences, and networking events.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
5 years’ experience in an Analytical or Research related field
Demonstrated strong analytical and quantitative skills
Fluent in English, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects and follow thru on all commitments with minimum oversight with minimal supervision
Demonstrated aptitude to quickly learn various software systems
Ability to synthesize multiple data inputs to create an actionable story for clients
Ability to work autonomously, make independent decisions, and react professionally to changing conditions
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
Prior experience with statistical software packages, SAP administration tools, Kenexa and/or Microsoft suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, and Project)

Position Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing / communication professional to contribute to the strategic development and implementation of key employment marketing strategies for Shanghai Disney Resort. Together with Recruitment Marketing Manager, this important role will be involved in the development and implementation of employer branding, social media, community and campus outreach and marketing channel media components planning, development and execution to enhance the company’s employer brand among target groups and drive highly qualified applicant flow to meet hiring requirements for significant business growth in the coming years. This individual must also have the ability to develop internal and external communication messages and maintain favorable relationships with key stakeholders.
This critical role will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including advertising, social media, media and channel management, which would support recruitment for all business areas within Shanghai Disney Resort.
This role will partner and collaborate with other Recruitment Marketing efforts across The Walt Disney Company in order to share best practices, leverage talent and resources and represent the global opportunities that Disney has to offer.
Key Responsibilities
In general, contribute to develop overall recruitment marketing strategies with professional insights and ensure flawless execution
Develop and maintain all creative assets and elements including our career website, flyers, brochures and other recruitment material
Effectively manage various media and channels, and actively track the efficiency of them to ensure superior ROI
Independently manage the social media platforms, and in charge of the content development and communication
Leverage technology to enhance the candidates experience while broadening reach and driving process/efficiency improvements, such as the career website and social media
Contribute to the quality of hire objectives through the rigorous implementation of creative sourcing strategies that will reach and capture a diverse audience (Active and passive candidates, college, niche markets, professional organizations)
Partner with internal and external marketing sources to stay aware and educated on innovative and creative marketing tools and practices in the industry
Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or equivalent; Master Degree is preferred
About 5 years’ experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding (Development of creative, management of assets, development of media plans, evaluation of effective media tactics, social media management etc.)
Ability to analyze and draw marketing implications from research and other data sources; as well as the ability to track the ROI of all marketing investments
Ability to evaluate creative marketing concepts and trends in the areas of content, layout and design
Proven project management skills, and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with great attention to detail
Problem solving skills, as well as strong consultative and interpersonal skills
Moderate to advanced working knowledge of: SAP- HR Administration, ATS systems, Adobe Creative Suite (Photo Shop & Illustrator), and/ or HTML production, is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills (bilingual in Mandarin and English)

Nature of the Job:
Basic Purpose and Objective of the Position
To draft SHDR Sales overall business strategies, Five Year Plan and AOP through integration with product/package design, business planning, and sales targets of each sales team. To adjust sales strategies and plans timely and accordingly by monitoring the travel trend and market demand. This position is responsible for the integrated analysis of SHDR resources and strength, finding new business opportunities, building and maintaining business networks and delivering solutions for the problems. This position is accountable for sensitiveness towards the potential business opportunities, the effectiveness of the communications and the feasibilities of solutions for the business development plans.
Duties and Responsibilities
1、To gather and analyze the resources and strength internally and externally, to give supportive information and recommendations to all the sales teams
2、To support the VP, Sales and Distribution Marketing to develop strategic sales planning and sales execution plan for different sales teams
3、To develop the SOP for Sales Ops & Admin to share cost and eliminate redundancies through different sales teams
4、To develop pricing strategies and incentive plans for SHDR products and packages to align with market trends and the adjustment of the visitors flows
5、To monitor travel market demand and evolving trend of distribution channels based on the data collection and analyst to provide strategies for customized products/packages
6、To develop the sales service plans for different sales teams to maintain the standardization of SHDR service quality
Desired Skills and Experiences:
1、At least 10 years of business development, in-house consulting and strategic planning experience
2、University degree and above, Master/MBA degree preferred
3、Business driven mindset and holistic approach
4、A quick and strategic thinker with ability to make decisions
5、A problem solver and self-motivator with good judgment
6、Efficient and effective communication skills

Complexity of Work:
The individual has to have a strategic and holistic view upon the sales of SHDR and a smooth communication internally and externally. The success criteria are interdependencies on baskets of favorable communication and coordination for different stakeholders, excellent analysis of the current situation and the future trends of the market and a suitable adjustment and execution of the business plans; as well collaboration with other LOBs.
