From May 9 - May 11, 2016, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics EMBA Overseas Learning Module with the theme of "Advanced Design Thinking" was held at UC Berkeley in the United States. During the three-day study period, EMBA teachers and students participated in the courses of "Depth Customer Listening and Customer Insight", "Demand Discovery" and "Integrating Everything Together", etc. They visited the representative Silicon Valley innovation and start-up companies, including business incubator Skydesk, Siluria that subverts the traditional industry, Ford Innovation Lab that injects vitality to Ford, and innovative enterprise Autodesk. Through experiential teaching, case teaching, Silicon Valley area innovation and entrepreneurial enterprises visit and other forms, SUFE EMBA students carried out system cognition on the design thinking, in-depth study on the typical American innovation entrepreneurial ecology, to make development through the comparison of the Chinese and American practices.
