On November 28, the 2013 China Education Grand Ceremony hosted by Sina Education Channel was held in Beijing. This year, the theme of the event is “China’s Education in the Big Data Era”. COB,SUFE was awarded the honor of “MBA School with the Most Influential Brand in 2013” during the ceremony, together with a number of other MBA schools, such as Guanghua School of Management of Peking University, School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University, and School of Management of Fudan University, etc.

Former Deputy Minister of Education and National Science Advise Governor Mr. Tianbao Zhang, Secretary-General of Teacher Development Foundation of the Ministry of Education Mr. Chunmao Yang, Secretary-General of China National MBA Education Supervisory Committee Mr. Yunhuan Tong, and the Olympic Champion Yibing Chen were invited to attend the event. Guests from the internet and education industries as well as representatives of embassy officials from certain countries also attended the event.

The MBA degree program of COB, SUFE has been highly recognized by the wide society since its beginning for the distinctive features and deep roots in finance and economics. COB innovated and reformed the program in the aspects of student enrollment model, course structure, faculty disposition, student career development, etc. according to the latest education models and concepts, which effectively enhanced the program’s education quality and brand influence. The award gives high recognition to COB. SUFE’s for the education results it has achieved so far.
