In essence, the main orientation of this position is to assess, identify and develop appropriate
L&D curriculum in response to the needs of the functional departments around the AP region.
He/she will act as the key L&D consulting partner to the Functional College and functional
department heads to maximize the L&D team's value by optimizing L&D course resources/offerings
in the region and improving resources allocation to different functional departments.
Main Responsibilities:
1.Partner with functional L&D leaders and functional department heads to design and execute
annual action plan delivered by the Functional Colleges.

3.Design, develop and launch L&D standards for Functional College operations (governance,
processes, metrics, training and support mechanism, technology strategy).

5.Design and facilitate periodic forums and reviews with Functional Colleges to assess
the current curriculums, courses, workshops, etc. and ensure the level of L&D capabilities can meet
the needs of the functional departments accordingly.
6.Bring up-to-date L&D technical depth to functions through.
7.Conducting quarterly external benchmarking cycle: Asia Pacific Business, L&D trends and timely
deliver intelligence to L&D, HR and business stakeholder.
8.Regular talk with functional department heads to gain strategic L&D direction and business input.
Top Requirements
1.Bachelor degree in Human Resources or similar. Minimum 5 years of experience in
Training/Learning & Development.
2.Very strong L&D expertise and business acumen.
3.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Proven capability in influencing key
parties and making an impact. Prior experience working with in a highly matrix organization
is highly regarded.

process to a point of successful completion within the established time frame. To evaluate regualtory
and company policy compliance at its operating locations.

1.At least 10 years technical expertise in Environment, Health and Safety. Prior audit experience
with development of EH&S compliance programs, especially strong knowledge of auditing concepts

Special Requirements
