Title: Strategic Account Manager
Location: Shanghai, Beijing, or Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities:
In essence, the main orientation of this Key Strategic Account Manager role is to enlarge sales and
market share by building strategic relationships with key accounts and developing new business
opportunities. The person will be responsible for designing and delivery workplace solution strategy
for clients through working with multi-function teams. In particular, the main responsibilities of this
position are to:
1. Build strategic relationship with key accounts’ top managements (including senior managers in
major multinational companies, and accounts with a focus on project management, real estate
and developers), and drive the execution of collaborative business development plans.
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities to enlarge market share, client base and
meet sales goals.
3. Design and deliver value-added workplace solution strategy for clientsby leveraging
multi-function teams to enlarge client level influence, deepen account understanding,
and create the brand value.
Top 3 Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Business, Marketing, PR, Design, Architecture or similar field with
minimum 3-5 years experience in sales/BD/key account management/marketing.
2. Solid experience in B2B sales management with multinational clients.
3. Result driven, with strong inter personal, communication and presentation skills.
Special Requirements:
1. Candidates from HK, Singapore, Europe, USA, and Australia with related working experience in
Mainland China is preferred.
2. Related industry experience is a plus.
3. Fortune 500 companies experience preferred.
Position 2
Title: Sr. M&A Manager/Director
Location: Shanghai
Company Scenario
Our client is one of the world’s leading automotive equipment suppliers,
specializing in four major vehicle systems.
Key Responsibilities:
In essence, the main orientation of this Sr. M&A Manager/Director role is totake
charge of the nationwide M&A activities (FAS, FIS and FAE): strategy elaboration,
M&A target identification, MOU, LOI and JVA negotiation and finalization, Business
Plan construction supervision, Due Diligence supervision, coordination and intimacy
development with top level partners' relationship, coordination and decision leading
internally with all relevant functions in Division, BG and Group. The main responsibilities may include:
1. Define China corporate M&A objective, strategy and road map in line with Division,
Business Unit and Group strategy and development target
2. Define China corporate M&A team with right level of competence, resources,
training, career development plan and working plan
3. Monitor and follows-up all M&A activities
4. Legal: MOU, LOI, JVA, Appendix drafting, negotiation and finalization, JV registration
and Board meeting management
5. Financial: Feasibility Study, Business Plan, Due Diligence supervision,
negotiation and finalization
6. Commercial: Position paper , internal and external top level reports / presentation,
project / partner profile,
SWOT analysis
7. In charge of all the aspects of partners' satisfaction, Relay all partners' request
and feed back within the organization; All JV Board meeting preparation and
partnership relationship daily maintenance
Top 3 Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have:
1. Bachelor degree, major in finance or business;
2. Minimum 5 years finance / controlling experiences: audit firm or finance
manager in industrial activity.
3. Chinese and English must be fluent, almost at bilingual level.
Special Requirements:
1. Willing to take reasonable amount of travel.
2. Excellent communication skills, especially at top management level; able to build up trusting
relationship between two parties.
