Position 1

Title: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Building up a network at your customer (mainly purchasing and R&D department);

2. Identification of growth opportunities;
3. Acquisition of new projects at OEM customers
4. Preparation and negotiation of quotations and contracts;
5. Coordination of won projects across Dual worldwide
6. Support of the project manager of won projects
7. Daily problem solving to assure highest customer satisfaction
8. Market analyze for future needs and opportunities
9. Developing a strategy to increase business and margin 
 
Requirements:

1. Bachelor in Engineering, MBA is the plus;
2. Minimum of  5 years of experience in sale of automotive / automotive interiors;
3. Network to at least some of the large local & foreign automotive OEM in China;
4. Fluent Chinese & English (speaking and writing);
5. Other language would be an advantage;
6. Good technical knowledge of Automotive product;
7. Good knowledge of automotive OEM processes;
8. Strong team player with intercultural experience
9. Strong skills in sales, marketing and project management;
10. Willingness of regular travelling in China; 
11. Mature & self confident, able to work spontaneously
12. Good IT skills in MS Office
 
  
Position 2

Title: Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing programs from RFQ stage till end of program/lifetime. 
2. Responsible for timing,project execution and budget responsibility. 
3. Will need to maintain customer relationship within program scope and execute program activities according to the agreed program timeline. 
4. Lead regular project meetings with internal team and customer. 
5. Directly interfaces with Dual companies(domestic and overseas). 
 
Requirements:

1. Mature and settled behavior.
2. Strong Program Management background preferred.Experience with Automotive OEMs as customer is needed. 
3. Understanding for customer timing and project requirements;
4. preferably of a technically advanced and interior related product. 
5. Needs to challenge team results and perform influential leadership an team members. 
6. Honest attitude with no reservations to address difficult situations internally and externally.
7. Communication with customers,need to understand how to communicate critical issues and how these need to be communicated to the customer and other parties.
8.  Regular communication in Chinese,English language desirable.
9.  Internal: Manage cross-functional team and prioritize activities within organizational capacity constraints.
10.  Regular communication in Chinese,English. 
11.  Logic thinking.
12. Strong and mature behavior and attitude.
13. Business procedures automotive  related terms and processes;
14. MBA is a plus
  
 
Position 3

Title: Quality Manager

Purpose of the Position:

1. Manage and improve the quality system to meet customer requirement and audit.
2. Manage all the quality matters in terms of fulfilling our company’s quality standards, projects timing and customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementing the ISO and TS 16949. 
2. Defining, implementing and maintaining the internal quality system;
3. Elaborating, controlling and updating the internal quality manual. 
4. Being in charge of the customer’s audits and customers complaints management. 
5. Auditing suppliers and outsourcing. 
6. Checking the quality of production and give suggestions about production when needed (when the quality of the final product does not match the customer requirements). 
7. Controlling the outsourcing and the internal production by making specific tests. 
8. Any other tasks that may arise in the daily basis. 
 

Requirements:

1. Education: Engineering bachelor degree. MBA is a plus.
2. Experience: At least 5 years experience in quality management positions in foreign invested companies. especialy on set up quality system to meet differient OEM customer's requirements;
3. Knowledge in automotive industry. 
4. Both written and spoken English

5. Microsoft Office software
