Job Title*: Business Analysis Manager                 

JOB PURPOSE:

Support BU to achieve business objective and strategic plan

ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT:

Report to VP Oncology BU

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

-    Be In charge of market analysis and business assessment in BU level

-    Coordinate the internal and external sales data, develop and maintain the multi-angle performance report

-    Monitor the regional sales performance and present the monthly review to sales management team

-    Assist the National Direct on the quarterly regional target determination through market forecast

-    Engage in the feasibility analysis in strategy project and provide various solutions to ensure the execution of project (market potential/ incentive scheme/ system development)

-    Cooperate with function departments including Commercial/ Supply Chain/ Business Innovation & Excellence, dealt with emergence through information gathering and solution consulting

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

-    Excellent organizational skill

-    Strong planning skill

-    Be self-motivated and able to learn and apply new skills quickly

-    Good communication and interpersonal skills and have basic experience/ knowledge of cross function business/ process management

-    Facilitate large group requirement gathering and solving, and work with and influence other teams

-    Good leadership

Education:

University degree or Above

Experience & knowledge:

-    At least 3 years with JV/Foreign companies experiences with involvement in business planning/development role, consulting, marketing strategy

-    Overseas study and working, sales experience is preferred

-    High logicality with quick learning capabilities and a good work ethic

-    Capability to work under pressure & perform duties with high quality timely

-    Adaptability to new, complex, and fast moving requirements, self-motivated

-    Excellent PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and familiar with SQL, Cognos is preferred
