Strategy itself is simple to say, but complicated to form the right direction with the right implementations; via learning from the guest speech and introduction for the success factors, we learn structural problem solving strategy, framing problem, presenting skills to get ideas well shared; it helps me also to learn how to form own career strategy and how to downsize goal into each single way to get it achieved with strategic methods.
During the presentation and mutual interaction, we get to learn external experienced expert from different company it’s shared mindset and their actual summary of the helpful strategic solution when we see problems and solve problems with possible effective methods.

Through this study, I understand that human psychological behavior can analyze more data to help us make better decisions. Psychological behavior plays a key role not only in the communication between company leaders, but also in the whole team.
