“Do the Right Thing.”
We are asked to do the right thing in our daily life. What do you think of a company doing the right thing? How do ethics and ethical decision-making play as a key tool in gaining a competitive advantage for new or existing businesses? In this seminar, we will learn how to make better ethical decisions that build the trust of our customers, employees and other stakeholders. We will use several case studies to understand how good ethical decisions can grow our brand and how bad decisions can have very negative consequences for the business.

主讲教授 Prof. Greg Hoffmann
Prof. Greg Hoffmann is Adjunct Professor and holds a JD from Washington University in St. Louis. He teaches MBA level courses in Entrepreneurship, Ethics, Corporate Responsibility and Society, Labor-management Relations and Employment Law. Prof. Hoffmann has rich experience in entrepreneurship and is the owner/co-owner of various firms. Prof. Hoffmann has won the Kemper Award (the Teacher of the Year) of Webster University in 2017.

韦伯斯特大学兼职教授，创立了多家公司
教授课程：《创业学》《伦理》《企业社会责任》《劳动关系》和《雇佣法》等多门MBA课程

项目简介
