On the 28th of October 2015, A SUFE team led by Dr. Ye Weiling won the First Prize in the 14th Chinese Marketing Research “P&G” Paper Competition, which gains much support and attention from the academic and the industry fields. Dr. Ye is a “Star Teacher” in SUFE MBA program and SUFE’s School of International Business Administration.
After the first round of competition, 6 papers were selected as the finalists at the review meeting in Beijing on September 29th, based on the discussion between the judges and the primary voting of the selection committee that consists of 11 experts from universities, enterprises and professional marketing research firms, etc. The paper Picture Effect in Product Layout: How does the Layout Order Influence Consumers’ Product Evaluation, Mechanism and Condition by Dr. Ye Weiling and her team from SUFE won the first prize with its ingenious experimental design, professional data analysis, great originality and applied contribution.
Introduction of Dr. Ye Weiling
Dr. Ye received her PhD in Management from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and has been teaching marketing for 15 years. She is a member of the assessment committee of Shanghai MBA case library development and sharing platform. She was the recipient of SUFE MBA Excellent Teaching Award (Star Teacher) of the year 2013 and the 8th SUFE Model Educator Honor Award of the year 2014.
