On June 22nd, Mr. Minhong Chu, SUFE’s alumnus, Executive Director of Beijing Underwriting and Sponsor Branch of Hongyuan Securities and the Independent Director of Shandong Lufeng Company was invited to attend the Business Elites Forum of COB, SUFE, and to give a lecture on the market value management planning of listed companies with focus on mergers and acquisitions.
