On November 24th, the Opening Ceremony for students enrolled for EMBA and Global EMBA Programs was grandly held in the auditorium at North Zhongshan No.1 Road campus. Themed with the topic of Discovery, the ceremony welcomed the presence of President Fan and directors of some departments of the university, along with over 100 students newly enrolled.

 

In her welcome address, President Fan introduced the historical glory and the uniqueness of the university. She expressed her great expectations for the new students on their coming two-year study and emphasized the importance of being inclusive and dedication.

 

Prof. Yu Yan, as faculty representative, and two new students made speech in the ceremony with their expectation for the future and the university.

 

The Ceremony also witnessed the launch of SUFE “E+e” Practical Education Program. The program is a pilot one for the combination of academic education and career planning as well as the training of social responsibility.

 

The Ceremony marked the end of the three-day activities for the new students of EMBA and Global EMBA Programs. The activities included two lectures on economics, outbound training and a play presenting the history of the university.
