On May 31, the 2022 SUFE“Voice of Business” summit-the development and cooperation on the bio-pharmaceutical industry between China and Europe in the post-pandemic era was successfully held live streaming form. This forum focuses on the new trends and orientations of cross-national bio-pharmaceutical industries due to the rapid development of bio-pharmaceutical industry, The seminar invites senior experts of the industry and academia to offer keynote speeches displaying the strong ability of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics to integrate science, industry, and education. The scholarly integration aims to grow cutting-edge industrial products and cater to the needs of the time for national economic development in business education. The conference began with a speech by Professor Wei Hang, the Executive Vice Dean and Director of the MBA Center of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. After that, four well-known Chinese and European scholars delivered keynote speeches.. First of all, Mr. Lingyun Gao, the Chairman of Hongyi Investment and visiting scholar of International Economic Development Research Center of Stanford University shared his thoughts on “The internationalization development strategy of Chinese biotechnology enterprises.” Policy are getting changed rapidly and medical consumption retains under pressure in the post-epidemic era., How can China's biotechnology companies carry better the responsibilities of the times upon their shoulder? Mr. Gao Lingyun interprets the current status of the global bio-pharmaceutical industry in the perspectives of enterprise planning, international business development projects, overseas company layout, and technological innovation, etc. He systematically analyzed the hidden risks of the future development of China's biotechnology enterprises, and places several constructive suggestions.
Mr. Wang Zhi, General Manager of European area of Paizhen Biology analyzed the topic entitled “International development strategy of Chinese biotechnology enterprises”. By analyzing the macro-investment roadmap of the country, he introduced the development status of public and private biological enterprises, and described insightfully the strategic factors and the development trends of bio-pharmaceutical industry from diverse angles such as socio-cultural and legal issues.
Dr. Pieeer-jean Wipff, the Director of Innovation and Cooperation of Biopole Bioscience Park in Switzerland, delivered a keynote speech on “Biopole Bioscience Park, Switzerland and its incubation service model.” Dr Pieeer-jean Wipff shared the model of life science ecosystems in Switzerland and explained the development process and the vision of Biopole Bioscience Park, leading the audience to have a in-depth understanding of biomedical development in Europe.
Professor Jean-philippe Bonardi, Professor of the School of advanced business at the University of Lanne's and the Director of the Lanne E4s Centre, shared his thoughts on “the impact of Covid-19 on the environment, society, and corporate governance”. Professor Jean-philippe Bonardi systematically explained the impact of human social- economic activities on the environment through data analysis and comparison.
