A few days ago, China Management Case Sharing Center officially released the results of the 11th National 100 Excellent Management Cases Selection. 6 cases from 5 colleges and universities were selected as "100 excellent management cases (key project)". The case, ‘Haier Internet of Things model transformation and management& accounting information system’, led by Shanghai University of Finance and Economics Case Study Center Vice Director, Assistant of COB Dean, COB Case Study Center Director Wang Shaofei and his team was successfully selected. Since the beginning of National 100 Cases selection, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics won its first key project

There are three sub-cases in this project,‘Haier Biology: the Internet of things Model of Blood Management ’(Wang Shaofei, Shen Yanjie, Feng Weizhong, Xu Longbing, Guanfeng),‘Raytheon Technology: Haier's Unicorn ’(Zhou Bo, Zhao Zi night, Gao Sida, Xu Ronghua, Wang Shaofei),‘ the Innovation practice of Internet of things Ecological platform Management Accounting: the fourth report of Haier Group ’(Huang Yi, Xu Longbing, Liu Guojie, Duan Jiangang, Wang Shaofei)

This system of cases illustrates the profound impact of enterprise’s business model transformation on value measurement system driven by internet of things technology, and highlights the important role of Management-Accounting Information System, represented by the Win-Win Value Added Approach, in the practice of enterprise internal governance under the internet of things economy.Mr. Wang Shaofei and his team visited Haier Group.

The objective of the selection is to better guide, promote and coordinate the development of Chinese enterprise cases. And this case is also an excellent cooperation model between Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and Haier Group. In 2020, Mr. Wang Shaofei was appointed as a special expert of Haier Group's Win-win value-added Table Research Institute. Through this platform of open ecology and academic exchanges, he gave full play to the role of university think tanks and shared the results of school-enterprise docking with enterprises and achieved win-win. The collection and compilation of this case focuses on the key phenomena, main problems and key factors that appear in the practice of enterprises, in order to obtain original achievements with both practical significance and theoretical value. While improving the quality of case teaching and research work, it can also contribute to the development of enterprises and social economy.

Case Center, Financial Innovation Center and Cooperative Development Center are set up in the case study institute of College of Business of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
