Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) of Erasmus University visited the College of Business

On the morning of December 9,2019, Arnoud Monster, Director of Admissions, Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) of Erasmus University in Netherlands, Willem Koolhaas, Director of Cooperative Marketing and Communication, Xiao Jingzhi and Chen Lin from RSM China office visited the College of Business Professor Dong Jing, Associate Dean of the College of Business, Mrs. Liu SongGe, Director of the International Communication and Accreditation Office, and Mr. Wu Jiawen received the visit together. The two sides held discussions and exchanged views for future cooperation in degree projects, personnel training, scientific research and innovation.

At the beginning of the meeting, Professor Dong Jing welcomed the arrival of Arnoud Monster and his delegation from Rotterdam School of Management of Erasmus University in the Netherlands. Then, Professor Dong Jing gave a brief introduction to the college’s development history, talent cultivation, faculty strength, international accreditation and student employment. At the same time, Professor Dong Jing answered Arnoud Monster's questions about the international ranking, faculty construction, scientific research level, curriculum, student training mode, etc. of the College of Business.


Then, Willem Koolhaas thanked the College of Business for the warm welcome. He introduced briefly about the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) of Erasmus University’s international rankings, professional construction, personnel training, etc and emphasizes the RSM as Erasmus University's largest school, there are more than 9500 students from 80 countries, is very particular about college internationalization development.

During the exchange meeting, the two sides had in-depth discussions on further strengthening cooperation. On the basis of the existing "MBA+X" double degree cooperation, two sides discussed the future "4+1" and "1+1" cooperation projects of the current master degree and the general master degree, and puted forward suggestions on the new "3+1" cooperation forms. The two sides have reached preliminary consensus on the content of cooperation and look forward to deeper cooperation and exchanges on specific cooperation projects.


Finally, the representatives of the two sides took a group photo to appreciate their great value for the friendly relations between the two sides and look forward to the smooth progress of cooperation projects in the future.
