On November 12, the 100th Anniversary Celebration Gala of College of Business, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE) was grandly held in the Auditorium, 369 North Zhongshan No. 1 Road Campus. Hundreds of guests, alumni and students from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, China Europe International Business School, Tongji University, Donghua University and other schools and universities gathered together to celebrate the centennial anniversary of SUFE.

At the beginning of the event, Shen Wei, Founding Co-chair of Alliance of Chinese and European Business Schools (ACE), Associate Vice President of Deakin University, Australia and Special Advisor to the Dean of ESSCA, France, presented the memorabilia and extended his blessings to SUFE. Xue Liping, Associate Dean of College of Business, SUFE expressed appreciation. In addition, six excellent clubs were elected in the gala and the representatives were awarded by the teacher at the college. In the interactive session, the host drew 6 lucky participants and offered rich prizes.

The atmosphere was very warm at the gala. Pleasant Sheep Band performed RAP "Class Two Grade Three" to extend the birthday blessings to the alma mater combined with the "SUFE" element in an innovative hip-hop fashion. Then, magic show "Gift" brought a wonderful experience that pushed the gala to a climax. Subsequent poem recitation "A Hundred Years ? Guardian" conveyed the spirit of school motto contained in "Strive for virtue and knowledge, serve the country and benefit the people", remaining true to the original aspiration and always moving forward to realize the dreams.

The celebration gala came to a close in the song "Tomorrow will be better". The gala gave students an opportunity to demonstrate the talent and style of the students in SUFE on the stage and also highlighted the rich cultural and profound historical heritage of SUFE in the past century.
