Job Title: Senior Internal Auditor，Asia Pacific （A Fortune500 USA Chemical Company）

Location: Headquarter, Shanghai

Deliverables：
1.Contribute to the completion of internal audits performed in the Asia region，including directly participating in fieldwork and performing direct audit procedures as part of an engagement team；(Approximately 70%)
2.Be responsible for the effective execution of Sarbanes-Oxley audits throughout the region；(20%)
3.Be responsible to support regional project work that supports the achievement of a more effective control environment.(10%)

Qualifications：

1.A University degree in Business or Finance；
2.A minimum of 8 (senior position) years of Auditing, accounting, or related business experience (required)；
3.Foreign language skills and professional certification (CIA, CPA) are preferred；
4.Auditing, accounting, or related business experience is required.

For this function, the incumbent should be strong in the following core competencies:

1.Considerable analytical proficiency in order to properly evaluate the adequacy of controls and procedures；
2.Be able to understand and apply accounting and auditing theories, procedures, and techniques and be able to effectively analyze relevant information；
3.Effective writing skills are required to clearly and concisely communicate audit findings；
4.Effective oral communication skills are essential as the incumbent must be able to communicate clearly, quickly, and persuasively. This work is normally carried out in a team environment working closely with peers and customers；
5.Understand and apply accounting and auditing theories, procedures, and techniques and be able to analyze relevant information to reach conclusions；
6.Strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability and desire to develop others；
7.The ability to plan ahead and multi-task is critical；
8.Considerable analytical proficiency is required along with business perspective.

The position requires travel to domestic and international locations.  To assist the development of the incumbent, efforts will be made to have 1-2 assignments performed in a region other than Asia.
