Job Title：Intern, Recruitment Analytics - Human Resources

Position Overview：
1、Shanghai Disney Resort is seeking a Recruitment Analytics Intern to join in recruitment metrics team for supporting the significant business growth, especially upcoming massive-volume recruitment campaign；

2、 The internship is consisting of a strategic project or multiple projects that are data intensive and independently be responsible for but not limited to the following。 
 

Key Responsibilities：
1、Responsible for data collection, data retrieval, data analysis, and preparation of reports；
2、Responsible for accurate and timely submission of reporting；
3、Responsible for evaluating data and ensure integrity and completeness of data and workflow；
4、Responsible for improvement of reports and implement solution to make report automation efficiency；
5、Other work as assigned by team leader。

Required Qualifications：
1、Passionate about mining big data and turn data into insights；
2、Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly and problem solving skills；
3、Four working days or above per week commitment at least six consecutive months；
4、Experience or academic training in MS Access and MS Excel.  Proficient is preferred；
5、Bilingual in Mandarin and English；
6、Hard working and willing to take on challenges；
7、Previous Internship experience in Multinational Corporation preferred。

Working Location (实习地点)：Shanghai Disney Resort（浦东新区川沙，主要地铁口有班车提供）
