Job Title: Senior Finance Analyst(500强自动化企业招聘资深财务分析)

 Responsibilities: 
  1、Support Supply Unit Controller in all finance and commercial related tasks, including definition and follow-up on objectives and productivity measures according to defined targets
  2、Act as business partner to LPG operation within defined responsibilities
  3、Control short- and medium-term performance targets and related follow up
  4、Drive for cost reductions and productivity increase
  5、Support financial planning, annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for operations
  6、Forecast and communicate results with high accuracy
  7、Analyze scenarios and document assumptions
  8、Responsibility within predefined scope for reporting, measuring and analyzing of financials and key performance indicators
  9、Responsible for month end closing activities
10、Ensure high quality of monthly reporting and business analytics
11、Measure actual business performance against budget and forecast, analyze result and explain deviation
12、Follow-up on cost efficiency, working capital and profitability improvement
13、Assess provision for general/ specific warranty and stock
14、Make sure cost is booked timely and accurately;
15、Monitor business expense, review with department managers, and make sure overhead under budget;
16、Internal consulting cost reconcile, follow up and arrange oversea payment;
17、Analyze product warranty cost, and follow up specific warranty cases;
18、Measure blue collar productivity;
19、Coordinate stock taking. Support business to increase stock accuracy;
20、Support saving amount calculation of SMT projects, propose saving chances to related managers
 

Qualifications:
1、Strong financial background, structured and result oriented controller with focus on internal controls and processes;
2、Strong knowledge and experience of SAP, especially in CO and FI;
3、Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to challenge current processes and implement improvements; Strong problem solving skills;
4、Education background: Business Administration and/or Accounting, CPA as preferred;
5、Language: fluent English in speaking and writing;
6、Experience working in international and cross-cultural environment
7、Experience: >5years in controlling / accounting function, preferably in production environment
8、Soft Skills: High team spirit / Assertiveness / Accuracy / Persistency
