职位一：Principal Business Consultant 

Profile:
1、This role requires exceptional business consultants on Cloud and ICT Solutions who possess a mix of advanced commercial and/or business consulting experience on telecom and IT areas.
2、You will apply your proven experience to deliver business consulting services in areas such as strategy, transformation, marketing and business plan, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, GAE, AWS, Azure, etc.
3、You will engage in senior level business decision maker discussions related to market opportunities, business value as well as financial analysis.
4、You will bring your broad and deep business knowledge to resolve the business concerns and issues of global customers. The diversity of our global customers will take advantage of your vast business expertise including hands-on experience in several of the following : customer engagement, strategy as well as business and marketing plan development, financial and risk analysis, customer requirement survey etc on any Cloud and ICT solutions.
5、You will be able to demonstrate your deep understanding on cloud computing, ICT solutions for telecom operators as well as government, enterprise and consumer markets.
6、You will be required to perform quantitative analysis in the respective markets and regions to develop practical approach for business success.

Requirements:
1、An advanced master degree or equivalent work experience.
2、A minimum of 12 years experience in marketing strategy, business development, business modelling, and trend evaluation. Experience in Telecoms and/or IT industry is useful but consulting background more important; ideally from a ‘Big 4’ Consultancy.
3、ICT operator or vendor, telecommunications consultancy background is desirable.
4、Familiar with at least one of following areas.
5、cloud computing solutions (strategy, services, platforms, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
6、enterprise IT solutions and applications and some specific Industry IT experience .
7、Multimedia applications (OTT, CDN, video, streaming, etc.).
8、Proven experience of delivering business consulting services in resolving the concerns and issues of global operators is a must.
9、Demonstrated ability to engage in senior level business decision maker discussions related to business value, return on investment, and creation of new business models is a core requirement.
10、Good project management skills, strong time management and organizational skills.
11、Both broad and deep business knowledge and the ability to architect solutions by mapping common customer business problems to business and/or end-to-end technology solutions. 
12、The ability to deliver readiness training to sales and technical audiences, as well as speaking as a subject matter expert at industry conferences.
13、Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation.
14、Strategic thinking and leadership - ability to effectively communicate with all levels of fortune 500 customer managers and executives on both business issues.

Profile:
1、Participate in the pre-sales process to understand customer business and technical objectives and product requirements.
2、Effectively communicate solutions architecture to the customer, third parties and the project teams.
3、Ensure that propositions are technically sound, deliverable, competitive and representative of market leadership in the application of technology to addressing business issues.
4、Ensures effective client engagement and stakeholder management during assignment (may include management of subcontractors and partners).
5、Drive business development to support pre-sales activities, with a primary focus on identifying, scoping and proposing engagements.
6、Participate in regional marketing events to promote Huawei IT.

Requirements:
