职位描述:

1、根据董事会下达的年度经营目标组织制订、修改、实施年度经营战略,监督、控制计划的实施过程,并对结果负全面责任;建立健全各种规章制度,并监督其实施;
2、销售管理——根据公司整体战略,带领团队拓展公司业务,完成年度销售指标;
3、客户管理——建立健全客户关系管理体系,优化公司运作流程,提升客户服务质量,全面提升客户体验;

岗位要求:
1、本科学历,市场营销、管理类相关专业, 有丰富的消费品行业营销管理、市场品牌工作经验,5年以上企业全面管理经验;
2、熟悉企业业务和运营流程,掌握先进企业管理模式及精要,具有先进的企业管理理念;
3、很强的计划性和实施执行的能力,具备良好的组织协调能力、解决复杂问题的能力以及沟通谈判能力。

职位二:General Manager

 

We are looking for a general manager for the leading Market Expansion Services Group with a focus on Asia. It offers attractive tailored business solutions in the fields of Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Performance Materials and Technology.

 

Scope of Responsibility

1、Direct the development of strategic and yearly business plans for the China Region which is consistent with the established long and short-term goals of the Company.
2、Ensuring their proper execution and achievement, regular evaluation of results against performance standards and take appropriate action to correct unsatisfactory conditions that may arise in any phase of the business operation.
3、Conduct and maintain business relationships with business partners, key accounts, customers and vendors as necessary in the overall management of the China region.
4、Provide oversight and guide the tactical activities of the business within China including, but not limited to: marketing, sales, technical services, logistical and operational aspects with the objective of achieving delineated P&L goals to maximize growth and profitability for the Company.
5、Establish criteria to measure short and long-term growth; direct the development and maintenance of long range operational forecasts regarding volume, market share, financial requirements, human resources needs, and organizational plans. etc., and monitor the projected effects of these forecasts on business unit investment, revenues, and gross profit or other agreed upon measurements.
6、Focus on delivery of sales numbers to shape and direct the development of new market opportunities and requirements for existing products and new products for the Region.
7、Review and evaluate the total Company performance within the Region on a continuing basis and establish proper measures of performance; counsel staff as to execution of programs, and when necessary, provide direction for modification in work plans or implementation of contingency plans in accordance with prevailing business conditions.
8、Deliver Succession Plan through coaching and staff development.
9、Continuously review and improve all operational areas of the country to drive effectiveness
10、Responsible for the operation and coordination between Central Services from DKSH China ( IT, Finance, Logistics &Warehousing, HR, Administration) and L&L in all offices.

 

Requirements
1、Minimum 10 years’ sales marketing experience and distribution experiences in luxury business, and the watch industry is preferable.
2、Extensive experience in managing sales team with over 10 staff, preferable with multinational companies in Shanghai.
3、Leadership with capability to set potent strategy and to manage a multifunctional team to achieve goals.
4、Strong analytical, negotiating, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
5、Good communication skills; fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese(Mandarin).
6、Passionate and enthusiastic about work and also luxury products.

职位六:CFO

We are looking for a CFO for one of the leading auto parts suppliers. This is an Euro company which has 2 JV plants with 1 WOFE plant in China. They aspire to be the best in the world at partnering with customer to provide innovative, high-quality products that deliver exceptional value.

 

Responsibilities :
1、Manage the financial reporting, forecasting and planning for all company JV entities in China acting as a single point of contact/consolidation.
2、Ensure timely & accurate consolidations of forecasts, reports, etc.
3、Working closely with his/her corporate finance colleagues in European HQ, and the local finance and IT teams in the JV entities, drive projects that improve process efficiency. Examples include aligning integration projects and work streams related to SAP FI/CO, IFRS implementation and rollout, standardizing internal reporting, supporting external reporting requirements and other corporate initiatives.
4、Manage Budget and Business Plan development to support corporate timing requirements as well as local JV Shareholder meeting cadence.
5、Support the CEO in implementing corporate strategy for Asia and optimizing the local business model and operations.
6、Develop finance and IT organization structure in region to ensure local support for JV entities and ability to deploy standard solutions are balanced.

 

Requirements:
1、15+ years of experience in finance/accounting management with a strong record of career progression.
2、Significant experience working in China.
3、Experience in, IFRS, Chinese GAAP, HGB.
4、10+ years experience managing people and reputation for being a great people manager.
5、Experience & results providing finance business partnering to Management executives; previous experience as a divisional or Business Unit FD an advantage.
6、Demonstrated success designing and improving processes.
7、Strong and independent thinker and influencer.
8、Strong understanding of accounting and compliance requirements.
9、Track record of showing finance leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
10、Ability to build analytical models that can be driven into standard planning tools.
11、Strong initiative and collaborative work-style.
12、Experience with Microsoft Excel, and Oracle Financials reports and SAP.
