Position 1

Title: Director of Sales & Marketing
Location: Shanghai

 

Company Scenario:

Our client is one of the world’s leading sports and entertainment events companies.

 

Top Responsibility:
In essence, this position will be responsible leading the sales/marketing activities for sponsorship and suite sales, and after sale’s service.  This person will plan and implement the company’s marketing and promotional activities / strategies in order to strengthen the social image of products through various media, and promotional activities. In particular, this role will be responsible to/for:    
1、Manage the daily work of within department the sales and marketing department, including taking responsibility for the performance, development, and continued assessment of the department’s employees.
2、Lead the identification and sourcing of new business opportunities, and securing/closing deals.
3、Control the sales and marketing promotion budgets and activities, including being responsible to review these activities, including checking the final budget.

 

Top Requirements:
1、10+ years B2B sales / business development experience (ideally from an international company, in the hospitality field), including managing an experienced sales team.
2、Self-motivated, and able to adapt to and work in fast-paced environment with no supervision.
3、Very proactive, results-driven, with a “make-things-happen” attitude.
4、Self-confidence and professional attitude to effectively communicate with both internal and external parties.
5、Excellent written and spoken Mandarin and English communication skills.

 

Position 2

Title: Regional Channel Manager
Location: Shanghai

 

Company Scenario:
Our client is a world leading innovator in the medical device/solutions industry.

 

Top Responsibility:
In essence, the main focus/orientation of this role is to oversee and manage the Interventional Cardiology distribution channel strategy for South China, including to find opportunities to expand the channel coverage and product’s penetration in the regional market. The major responsibilities include:
1、Work with and drive the dealers to achieve their regional annual operation plans and maintain sustainable growth, through building up relationships and increasing channel engagements.
2、Set-up and implement dealer management plans with sales team, including process optimization, performance management, inventory management, etc.
3、Ensure dealers achieve their KPIs, and maintain the business flow smoothly. Monitor the products flow in channel from the company to hospital and support the data management requirement. 
4、Deliver training to division staff and 3rd parties on distributor management and company process, to ensure they understand the company's policies and all potential integrity issues are immediately reported through the appropriate channels.

 

Top Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have/be:  
1、 Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in sales management role, along with some commercial management experiences in the medical device field.  Must have strong business acumen and local medical device market expertise.
2、Strong interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills to solve problems.
3、Good English communication capabilities. Flexible/open thinker. Solutions-oriented.

 

Special Requirements
1、Willingness to travel frequently in China (up to about 40%).
2、MBA will be an advantage.  
3、Computer literate on Microsoft Office software.

Title: Pre-Sales Solution Consultant
Location: Shanghai

Top Responsibility:
In essence, the main responsibility of this Pre-Sales Solution Consultant role is to work as a key member of the sales process, working with sales from the handling of account qualification through implementation handoff.  The main responsibilities of this opportunity include:   
1、Assisting sales team regarding customer qualification, including conducting requirement surveys with the appropriate customer personnel.
2、Responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs and RFPs.

Top Requirements:
1、Ideally 4+ years of experience in total, including 2+ years of field sales experience or the equivalent combination of consulting, technical, and sales skills.

Global Trade Management
Prior experience with GTM applications is a BIG plus
or prior experience working in Global Logistics is a plus

Relational Databases
Specific knowledge of Oracle is a plus

Enterprise Applications
Specific knowledge of SAP or Oracle Apps is a plus
Experience with integration tools and concepts is a plue

Title: Vehicle Program Supervisor of Asia Pacific
Location: Shanghai

Key Responsibilities
1、Leverage all resources to ensure the successful delivery of AP vehicle programs, interfacing with AP functions-Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Service, Finance, Purchase, Planning, Manufacturing and Quality etc. for product programs.
2、Lead the monthly Management Program Review (e.g. Program Health Review), and provide resolutions for key program issues, prior to each milestone.

Title: HRIS Supervisor of Asia Pacific

Key Responsibilities
1、Launch and enhance HRIS projects of AP (i.e. PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, SAP), to drive and support the talent management process (performance management, succession planning, compensation planning, peer assessment, etc.).

Title: Senior C&B Consultant of China

1、Lead annual C&B competitiveness analysis and annual C&B policies review to make sure the company’s C&B to be in line with external market, and policies updates with legal compliance.

Title: Customer Service Team Leader
Location: Beijing

Key Responsibilities
1、All service orders processing;  All the China parts processing, local inventory and BWH.
2、Call center management, call receiving, dispatching and tracking.
3、Local supply purchasing for all installation.
4、Parts return and re-import for exchange and repair parts.
5、Service quotation, billing and AR collection;  Service report consolidation and service KPI reporting.
6、Other service admin jobs assigned by service manager.

 

Top Requirements
1、More than 3 years customer service management experience, manage a service admin team > 4 members. Total customer service experience >7 years.
2、Bachelor degree or above, experience in Analytical instrument industry is preferred.
3、Familiar with SAP, Orders, MS office is mandatory.  Familiar with call center, dispatching, call tracking, parts purchasing from factory and local.
4、Good communication skill with internal and external customers and willing to support customers.  Good Spoken and written English, CET 4 or above.  Good physical condition, be able to travel and over time work during month end and quarter end.
