Position 2:  APAC Marketing Manager

In essence, the main orientation of this Marketing Specialist/ Manager is to assist in the development of the marketing plans and ensure operational execution of marketing initiatives across the APAC region.

Position 3: Sales Manager

Position 4: Project Manager

Location: Shanghai

In essence, this position will be an important part of the team for our client's future construction projects. This person will work closely with the client's Los Angeles team of experts on project design and build, and will also be a point of liaison with their Chinese partners. In particular, this role will be responsible to/for:    

1. Provide overall on-site construction support, including in particular, administrative and communication support and coordination among internal parties (including overseas), clients, and construction partners (e.g. designers, architects, contractors, etc.)

2. Provide support to Sr. VP and other senior executives as necessary, including translation of project documents/proposals, supporting business development initiatives, assisting in production of management reports, updating job progress, scheduling milestones and budget information, etc.

Position 9: Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Beijing

In essence, the main orientation of this Senior Marketing Manager role is mainly responsible for striving for marketing excellence in formulating and managing marketing strategy and relevant activities for events managed out from Beijing or Shanghai office.  In particular, the whole responsibilities of this position are to:

1. Work with SVP/VP and respective Project manager for strategic development of exhibitions including overall marketing strategy, value propositions, promotion and media plan for events managed out from Beijing or Shanghai office.  Propose, manage and implement the Marketing Plan for all assigned shows in China with the delivery of a cost effective and appropriate marketing plan with supported market data and analysis for each of the respective events within the agreed budget and timeline.

2. Manage and direct visitors development including the creation and management of special VIP programs, subscription and similar schemes in order to encourage more new visitors and repeat visitors.   Understand the visitors behavior of the Assigned shows in China by planning visitors behavior surveys, execution of surveys, analysis and report the survey results. The survey results will be used in developing events program including conference activities, buyers program and the creation of value proposition.

3. Manage all aspects of print production, distribution and effectiveness tracking including production of cost effective high quality brochures, invites and other printed materials.

4. Manage overall media relationships for Assigned shows in China with the achievement of frequent, timely and positive media coverage for Assigned shows and it’s activities across all available media.

5. Evaluate performance of Marcom staff and to conduct the PDP review with the respective marcom staff together with the Project Manager and lead them to execute marketing plans and meet show targets.  Enhance the marketing knowledge and skills for all staff by conducting effective training and sharing of best practices.  Identify the training needs of Marcom staff and provide continuous training which including training provided by the company or other external sources through workshops, on-the-job training and follow up sessions.

1. Degree in marketing, business, mass communication or related disciplines with at least 5 years working experience as marketing manager.  Experience in exhibition industry is preferable.
