Description
Data Analytics and Reporting
1、Strong understanding and experience working with Business Intelligence tools
2、High analytical and data analysis acumen; ability to work closely with key business stakeholders to identify, extract and analyze key business data to solve business issues
3、Facilitates the capture business reporting requirements and ability to validate requirements through rapid prototyping
4、Works closely with Aerospace Reporting team to build out reporting and dashboard solutions
Capture of High Level Requirements and Business Case Development
1、Advises, suggests and assists business leadership in defining technology needs and planning the development and implementation of strategic solutions
2、For new business initiatives, articulates critical to quality (CTQ) requirements and translates into conceptual solution options/alternatives with existing and/or new applications/technologies
3、Collaborates with business partners on identification of benefits and financial return of opportunities proposed
4、Collaborates with the Aero IT Build and Run teams for resource planning, cost estimating and development of integrated Information Technology projects with strategic and tactical management plans. Formally documents business cases and drives through AOP and IT Investment governance processes. Prepares project charter for project execution team and formalizes the project scope
5、SLA negotiations with internal technology teams
Project/Program Management
1、Lead global projects and/or programs through the IT deployment lifecycle
2、Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with project sponsors, customers, vendors and other key stakeholders
3、Develops and communicates project plan, schedules, cost and progress
4、Provides formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned team, including scheduling, assignment of work, and review of project work
5、Utilize standard IT metrics to ensure customer satisfaction
System Integration
1、Works with business customers, business analysts, and team members to understand detailed business requirements that drive the analysis and design of technical solutions
2、Supports the design, analysis, implementation and testing of software systems - with an emphasis on SAP
3、Participate in the evaluation and selection of new business applications to ensure that they are consistent and aligned with the standard technology portfolio/solution

Qualifications
Basic/Preferred Qualifications

Position 2：Systems Integration Specialist（系统集成专家）
Description

The Build team member will be responsible for managing IT preferred vendors that will be supporting multiple deployments, initiatives, and projects. The Build team member provides configuration expertise, and guidance in enhancement maintenance and development as needed to effectively implement & retrofit the AERO IT solutions. Will Program manage the global and regional projects in the APAC region
Responsibilities include:
1、Acting as a member of the Global Aerospace Build team
2、Developing and deploying standard IT solutions across Aerospace; ensuring 'best in class' processes are implemented; supporting implementation teams in their solution validation efforts; and ensuring one common process model is deployed across Aerospace
3、Ensuring a common configuration of the Aerospace IT Solutions are being deployed by internal IT partners such as ITSS, as well as external IT partners such as preferred vendors
4、Supplier management and oversight for build activities
5、The Build team member acts as a project team member and generally aids the project teams in whatever tasks are necessary to ensure that the AERO systems address approved business requirements
6、Providing timely and accurate follow up on identified business Gaps, including specification review/approval
7、Supporting one of the following modules functional/process configuration deliverables-providing on schedule, within budget, and quality support: SD, MM, FI, CO, HR, PS, PP, PM, CS, QM, WM and/or providing functional and technical guidance for one or more of the following products: Servigistics, APO, GTS, EBP, BO, HANA, TeamCenter, SFDC, Portal
8、Multi-tasking and working in a virtual work environment
9、Actively participate and lead in Joint Venture related initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
MS degree specialised in Engineering
Additional Qualifications:
1、Specialised in fields such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Computer
2、Strong understanding and Exposure to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process
3、Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
