The Senior Sales Manager is expected to develop new business opportunities with both and local insurance companies mainly for South China Region, including Shenzhen & Hong Kong.  In particular, this role will be responsible for/to:

Top Requirements:

1.5 - 10 years of enterprise software sales experience in big multinational company, with track record of success over several years against assigned quotas
2.A proven ability to clearly articulate a client solution and demonstrate the business value to the client, strategic awareness of customer’s business, structure/operation
3.trong commercial acumen with experience in negotiation and business management from a revenue and cost perspective.
4.Presentation Skills, appointment skills and persuasion skill

1.Insurance or financial industry experience is preferred
2.Be flexible to travel, 60% or above

Position 2
Title:  Business Segment Manager
Location:  Shanghai

In essence, the main orientation of this position is to develop competitive offers and go to market approach to fulfill needs and usages of target consumer/end-user segment(s) over a 1 to 3 year horizon, consistent with the brand strategy defined at UOT/LP level, and build consumer demand. 
1.Lead the deployment of the Group “Offer to Market” process within its segment(s) and leverage best practices where applicable; Define requirements in terms of Consumer Insight & Market Intelligence;
2.Identify & prioritize growth opportunities based on understanding of Consumers, Competitors, OE, Prescriptors, Norm and Regs & Distribution;
3.Develop strategic approach for targeted segment, based upon Consumer Insight; Also develop P/S/I concepts to address growth opportunities, and test those concepts with consumer target;
4.Validate Consumers/end-Users appeal of the offer; Lead a cross functional network to deliver P/S/I initiatives to G2 milestone;
5.Identify key selling points for both Consumers/end-users & distribution. Propose Marketing Plan (including volume, share, pricing, financial, OE fitments, communication, distribution through accessibility matrix) to create value and meet profit objectives;
6.Identify needed resources to execute the marketing plan; Support commercial launch of new products/services, providing consultation and marketing plan to Country Marketing Manager for execution;

Top Requirements:
1.Bachelor in Marketing Management or equivalent
2.At least 10-15 years’ experience in marketing field
3.Good people skills, communication skills, also able to work in a matrix and cross-cultural organization

Title:Dealer Network Planning Supervisor
Location:Shanghai

Top Responsibility
In essence, the main orientation of this Dealer Network Planning Supervisor is primarily responsible for dealer network planning and benchmark management. The main responsibilities include: 
1. Lead dealer network planning and strategy based on competitors registration, throughput and return on investment monitoring; conduct market area planning including defining the primary market area or cities, working out the market study proposal with MIS system.
2. Definite the benchmark, update the business model, draft the commercial policy structure, and assist to national dealer network development manager to supervise the planning team.
3.Manage the dealer application function and follow up the related process, such as dealer recruitment project development and management, dealer profit business model renew and management, dealer development team annual planning updating.
 
Top Requirements:
1.  Bachelor degree above, MBA prefer.  Minimum 5-8 years of experience in premium brand network development related position, 2 years above leadership role. 
2.Very solid knowledge of premium brand dealer network planning or sales planning experience.
3. Outstanding leadership capability and communication skills, systematic thinking, data oriented, strategy and business development, or urban planning experience.
4.CET 4 above, good at spoken and written English.
 
Position 4
Title:  Regional Marketing Program Manager
Location:  Beijing

In essence, the main focus/orientation of this role is to be responsible for the tailored execution of key Marketing initiatives and programs, Marketing operation process and systems, Marketing Communication messaging and delivery and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management at a regional level.  The major responsibilities are to:
1) Be the owner of East Region Marketing Communication execution, from branding and positioning strategy to cross product and care area programs in all communication channels (including helping to decide where to allocate marketing resources) to effectively to ensure the effective and consistent execution and impact of marketing programs.

1)  5+ years of Sales & Marketing experience with a Life-Sciences/Healthcare-related MNC, with a track-record of establishing good relationships in hospital channels, including developing relationships and influencing KOL. Interventional Cardiology knowledge/background is preferred.
2) Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
3) Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well across a diverse functional teams and through multiple-levels

In essence, the main orientation of this Deputy Managing Director role will be responsible for ensuring success of assigned events, trade shows and exhibitions for a cluster of industries and to meet the goals and objectives of the company effectively and efficiently, manage the overall profit and loss for applicable events.  In particular, the main responsibilities of this position are to:
1. Responsible for the achievement of revenue, contributions and profitability for the assigned group of shows.  Develop and implement short-term and long-term business strategies.  Work closely with VP to achieve targets and identify new opportunities/business.
2. Drive and manage the project managers and their team in all aspects to achieve high-quality shows.  Formulate, monitor and control sales plans and territories. Top Requirements
1.  Above 5 year’s relevant working experience with bachelor degree in Business, Mass Communication or Marketing.  Knowledge of sales, project management and trade show management are essential.
