In essence, the main focus/orientation of this role includes both responsibility for financial
governance and compliant statutory accounting/ treasury activities as well as strengthening

The Head of HSE is expected to provide overall leadership, strategic direction for the HSE function

corporate requirements. Also, to promote excellence in safety culture and excellence in

Title: Finance Project Manager

In essence, the main orientation of this Finance Project Manager role will manage all finance initiatives
and projects to ensure progress and success and collaborate with finance and other teams to
make sure all project team members are working within project timeline and budget.
In particular, the main responsibilities of this position are to:
1. Finance operation processes review. Overall review whole China finance operation. Streamline
China finance day to day operation which is including but not limited in standardize finance process,
sufficient training as well as service quality review.
2. Finance projects management. Independently and objectively manage a few Finance Projects in
order to achieve the effectively and efficiently operation, the reliable of financials and complying
with laws and rules. The projects could be changed year to year and including but not limited in
the following:
A. Global Finance Systems implementation in China. Ensure the success of global Finance system
implementation in China, including AP system EIM, E-Payment system and reporting system AARO etc.
B. Sufficient analysis and appraisal before making project plan ensure the project plan is make
sense and practical. Especially focus on the gap difference between local finance practice and global
finance requirement.
C. Make and propose the implementation plan which is in line with both local business needs and
global finance strategy.
3. Finance System Support. Work closely with finance system team. Discuss the project plans with
system team and indicate what technical support needed from them and work out detailed schedule to
different projects. And work as a backup of finance system manager to lead the system customization
and execution in China.

The ideal candidate should have:
1. More than 8 years' related working experience and at least 3 years of project management in
multinational company.
2. High responsibility and self-motivation! Be a good team player and can work independently and
under pressure. Mature and diligent. Must be willing to be actively engaged at all levels of the

3. Fluency in both written & spoken English. Good communication skills is must.

1. To facilitate the management and control of the China business portfolio, working closely with the

2. Effectively manage, supervise and support the credit risk management team in delivery of above for

VPs, LOMs and other relevant local stakeholders.
4. As team leader support and training is provided to the credit risk management team ensuring that
the team members understand and perform the required role efficient as well as effective.
5. Support to Senior Credit Risk Manager is given by further fostering professional expertise and
providing relevant input.
6. To implement and establish credit risk management global processes, global tools, continuous
optimization initiatives including activity split review with the company and other partners. To
manage on behalf of all of the company’s legal entities, credit risk management tasks and related
accounts receivable, based on operational market principle.
7. To provide decisions and transparency to stakeholders to credit risk management core processes
such as reviewing customer risk, block order management and debt collection.
8. To review, inform (by way of reporting and direct contact) and support the Business Units on
delinquent accounts, disputes, unallocated funds, and recommended solutions for resolution.
9. Ensure credit master data setup for new and existing customers, including installing limit
expiry period.
10. Where applicable, ensure the handling of Credit Insurance for customers located in China based
on Market Principle together with ZRV, including filing for coverage and claims.
11. Support Regional and Global CRM Monthly Reports by providing feedback and/or following up with
local BUs to collect feedback on or before deadline in compliance with reporting requirements.
12. Support Senior Credit Risk Manager to train (or provide training) and support continuous
development of Credit Management team in areas of customer risk assessment and mitigation,
business partnering, debt collection strategies, knowledge of trade and bankruptcy laws,
customer visitation - if applicable - and bad debt management, and all other tasks within
job scope.
13. Participate or contribute to local BU strategy / business steering discussions in areas of key
customer management, credit risk management and early warning signals.
14. Conduct local workshops with stakeholders on topics related to credit risk management policies
to ensure continuous awareness and transparency of processes.
