In essence, the main orientation of this Legal Counsel, China role is totake charge of the nationwide
M&A activities (FAS, FIS and FAE): strategy elaboration, M&A target identification, MOU, LOI
and JVA negotiation and finalization, Business Plan construction supervision, Due Diligence supervision,
coordination and intimacy development with top level partners' relationship, coordination and decision
