Title: HR Business Partner – Senior HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:
In essence, the main orientation of this HR Business Partner role is to work in partnership with business department to implement HR strategies, execute key HR programs and provide professional HR advice to department management/employees on daily basis to ensure alignment between corporate strategy and department's HR and organizational policies and initiatives based on specific situation of assigned department. In particular, the key responsibilities of this role are to:
1) Facilitate and influence department management to diagnose key business issues and address people development/ management needs with a consultative approach. Develop and execute tailor-made HR solutions for Medical department, including implementing/ localizing people development projects/ programs, setting up effective internal communication channels, issuing monthly reports for headcount movement, handling internal transfer and exit-interview;
2) As key HR point of contact for Medical department, execute company's HR policies, programs and practices to the business and department managers/ employees in full HR spectrum, including mid-year/ year-end performance & compensation review, operations in HR Systems(CHRIS, Taleo), monitoring probation evaluation, organizing orientation and HR policy trainings etc;
3) Collaborate with other HR colleagues in expertise team (TA, C&B, L&D etc.) to effectively fulfill all the HR needs within the department and ensure quality implementation of the HR activities through leveraging persified HR resources within the corporate.
Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have/be:
1) 15+ years of working experience in full HR spectrums as HR generalist in well-structured big multi-national corporations, supporting headquarter office or core teams; seasoned in change management and talent development; systematic trained in HR functions; familiar with labor laws and local regulations. Pharmaceutical/ healthcare background is preferred.
2) Strategic thinking with big-picture sense; mature with professional attitude and able to work under pressure; with solution-oriented mind-set and strong project management skills;
3) An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and excellence in English (both written and oral).
4) Bachelor degree or above, in HR Management or related majors. MBA or Master degree will be a plus.

Title: Project Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
In essence, the Project Office Manager is to manage the portfolio of projects for the clients' IT projects in various platform across Asia Pacific. In particular, the main responsibilities of this position are to:
1. Managing risk on the portfolio of projects, by choosing critical projects to coach.
2. Coaching part of the project coached list, animate the network of PMs on the zone, animate the Pre-Milestone advices / (QA reviews) within the ISIT and Business community, by involving Business project leaders.
3. Support on the tools used for project management with the Quality network (Clarity, Jira, ..)

Title: Senior Controlling Manager-Asia Pacific

In essence, the main orientation of this Senior Controlling Manager-Asia Pacific role is to translate the business strategies into financial planning and controlling programs covering product/sector reporting, MTF/ budgeting, working capital control, provide RBU-related financial information that will support the RBU in making economic decisions. Planning & Reporting & Analysis:

Key responsibilities
In essence, the main orientation of this Territory Executive role is by using your proven sales, relationship building, analytical and presentation skills to create and implement the business develop strategy to encourage hotels and accommodation providers to partner with the company’s Business Listing model. In particular, the main responsibilities of this position are to:
1. Work closely with the Head of Sales (China) to maximized business in Territory in both customer acquisition/lead generation and retention business and upselling. Developing & executing the strategy for signing up accommodation providers and other hospitality businesses under the subscription fee Business Listing model to meet defined revenue targets. Produce weekly/monthly reports as required.
2. Identifying organizations with large accommodation databases/memberships and negotiating deals, signing contracts and working with them to bring incremental Business Listing purchases.
