Key Responsibilities:
The marketing manager is a member of the China Leadership team and provides market based strategy that enables and support business financial results. Primary responsibilities include
1. Leadership
-Lead a team of Marketing professionals with ability to assess strengths and providing them functional guidance to enhance their competencies and skill sets
2. Marketing Strategy
-Develop and execute key marketing plans to support business financials
-Drive Brand based product mix strategy

1. 10 years of working in core marketing competencies, including a 3 year Marketing leadership role
2. A number of the marketing sub-disciplines and a demonstrated ability to successfully execute strategy in a network organization
3. Experience as Marketing Leader for complex product / brand lines
4. Demonstrated track record in key Marketing competencies
5. Facility with digital communications media such as websites and e-marketing
6. Ability to build and manage cross-functional teams and work in a matrix organization.
7. Hands on experience developing marketing strategy & planning, brand promotions and value propositions
8. Broad background in Branding, Pricing, Channel strategy

In essence, the main focus/orientation of this Regional Communications Leader role is to provides strategy for and implementation of the region’s external and internal communications. In particular, this role will be responsible for:
1- Primary responsibilities include employee communications, traditional and social media relations, oversight of company/regional intranet and internet content, issues management and community relations activities.
2- Support the crisis communications process, government and regulatory affairs (with product stewardship teams), and other public relations activities as needed.
3- Help position the business – in regional headquarters level and at the country level - with key stakeholders in collaboration with outreach that sales and marketing teams undertake with customers. The position will be the lead spokesperson in the region.
