职位描述 / Job Responsibilities：
1.AI业务咨询解决方案设计
针对国内外客户需求，结合业务实际，制定跨领域的人工智能业务咨询解决方案，形成项目建议书、商业计划书等材料，并与管理层或销售团队沟通和汇报该方案；
AI business consulting solution design
Develop AI business solutions for customers across different industries, generating project proposal, business plan, etc., and communicate with sales team and management level to reach an agreement.
2.高科技前沿领域研究
跟踪人工智能、物联网、大数据、云计算等智慧科技在零售、安防、地产等行业应用的发展趋势，发现潜在机会；
New technology trends research
Quickly identify and analyze key trends about adoption of cutting-edge technologies (AI, IoT, Big Data, Clouds, etc.) in various industries such as retail, public security, real estate.
3.供应商管理
开发和维护AI解决方案供应商，研究其应用场景和产品功能/规格，并对其进行综合评估；
AI suppliers management
Develop and maintain AI solution providers, evaluate their product functions / specifications / application / quotation, and deliver insightful recommendation on vendor selection.
4.运营项目的日常管理
针对正在进行中的项目，跟踪项目进度，把控项目风险。对接供应商和需求方就业务理解、系统实施、系统测试等问题进行日常沟通；
Daily management of operating projects
For ongoing projects, tracking project progress and control project risks. Connect suppliers and demanders to communicate daily issues such as requirement understanding, system implementation and testing.
5.随需应变的调研和分析
根据公司战略方向和新的业务需求进行随需应变的详细调查、分析和评估。
Ad-hoc research and analysis
Conduct ad-hoc detailed investigation, analysis and evaluation according to the company's strategic direction and new business needs.
职位要求 / Qualifications Requirements：
1.5年以上工作经验，本科及以上学历，有人工智能应用及企业数字化转型项目的咨询项目经验者优先；
Bachelor degree or above with 5+ years working experience. Experience in AI application consulting & corporate digital transformation projects is a plus.
2.了解AI技术等前沿科技的现状、发展、边界和主要应用场景；
Strong understanding on the development, boundaries and main application scenarios of cutting-edge technologies such as big data, facial recognition, NLP, machine learning, etc.
3.具备快速学习能力，可以快速了解新领域、新产品、新业务模式和新技术；
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
4.具备结构化思维和形象化表达能力，擅长整合多方面信息，有极强的咨询服务方案设计能力及服务项目的管理能力；
Capable of structured thinking and visual expression, good at integrating various aspects of information. Strong communication skill and project management capability.
5.英文流利、熟练运用PPT等办公软件、SQL/Python是加分项。
Fluent in English, proficient in PPT and other MS office software, skills in SQL / Python is a plus.
