招聘职位：Logistics Manager （1名）

职位描述：
1. Make sure delivery in time and control the stock turnover; 
2. Establish and review the KPI for Logistics to understand the whole process and system is under control; 
3. Establish and review the target and performance, Process and Working instruction, Logistics Core competence, Staff Training and Development are in a continuous improvement cycle; 
4. Approve the Purchase Order through SAP on a Weekly Basis to understand the HighRisk product purchase is under Control to avoid the surprise of the slow moving; 
5. Develop and maintain the key parameters in SAP, Key data in SAP and reports in good status to provide good logistics base working environment;
6. EHS and GPS (5s, CIP, Kanban, Milk run) status and key projects under control;
7. Problem solving to make the result under control and promote the Structure Problem Solving Methodology;
8. Logistics strategy development; 
9. Distributor, sales office, forwarder, supplier, group relationship development;
10. Achieved the temporary tasks assigned by the supervisor. 

职位要求：
1. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
2. University degree with major in business management, MBA or equivalent degree is a plus; 
3. Strong experience in Supply Chain (logistically), Organization Management; 
4. Knowledge of ISO, TS systems; 
5. Strong experience in Project Management, Quality Management and Business administration; 
6. Familiar with International business procedures, culture and communication;
7. Experience in SAP or similar ERP system;
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
