Position: Performance and Rewards Consultant - Financial Industry (Shanghai / Beijing)
The consultant will originate and execute projects, manage annual benchmark products, and manage client relationships independently, including advising on trends, performance and best practices to clients in the capital market related industries. Specifically, he or she needs to:
Job Profile:
– Conduct complex analyses using spreadsheet, database, and customized applications, and write reports;
– Develop, maintain and enhance compensation and performance products;
– Approach client appropriately to arouse the interest in compensation, performance and productivity benchmark products and advisory services;
– As a member or lead consultant provide advisory services on rewards and incentive issues in various consulting projects.
Qualification:
– Bachelor degree or above;
– 2-5 years of consulting, capital market related industries (including securities, mutual funds, private equities, and other asset management firms), compensation/HR or equivalent work experience;
– Have a good understanding of the business operations and HR practices, preferably about the capital market related industries;
– Customer focus and attention to details;
– Good communication and presentation skills;
– Strong analytical and organizing skills;
– Hardworking, independent and self-motivated;
– Familiar with Excel or other data analysis software;
– English proficiency in written and verbal communication.
