3、 处理客户生产问题,并为客户提供必要的技术培训和技术研讨会;
4、 关注重点大客户的技术服务,建立并维系和客户的良好的关系,特别是和客户的技术层面。

职位职责范围:
1、 Identify growth opportunities for N&H China by working directly with customers in China and internal commercial and technical leaders;
2、 Survey diverse market spaces to uncover growth areas that align with the N&H portfolio of products, competencies and capabilities;
3、 Build and develop external deal opportunities that can extend N&H technology;
4、 Validate on-going value propositions against external trends. Make recommendations for change in business model or product roadmaps, with options, when gaps are identified;
5、 Interact with Internal N&H businesses, link our products and technologies to customer unmet needs for design-ins and design-wins;
6、 Identify short term (<1 year) and med/long term (3-5 years) growth opportunities for N&H China business;
7、 Support Key Account Managers in project management and customer interactions;
8、 Represent N&H China in relevant customer meetings and industry consortia when appropriate.
职位所需资质要求:
1、 MBA or demonstrable business skills with academic major in Microbiology, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field, with 5+ years food industry experience in marketing/product management/sales/business development. A PhD in any of the relevant technical areas would be desirable;
2、 Additional skills in the area of strategic planning and cross-functional team leadership are desirable;
3、 Works effectively across N&H business units and at various business and technical levels with excellent communication skill;
4、 Ability of managing intellectual property and integrating them into the business strategy;
5、 Absolute fluency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken;

5、 Define and work out the short-term and long-term key account plan;
6、 Develop new customers and explore new business opportunity;
7、 Involve in the sales strategic planning to provide the solution on key accounts;
8、 Work with the marketing to promote products and provide the defined marketing information for existing and potential business;
9、 Coordinate with CSR team to provide satisfied service to customers;
10、Handle account receivables and make sure the overdue controlled in the acceptable level;
