About the Forum 论坛简介：
The Annual International Symposium held by Human Resource Management Department of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics aims at advancing knowledge in the field of OB&HR and building a global network for researchers. Every summer we invite distinguished and emerging scholars around the world to discuss their latest research, inspiring further academic thoughts and collaborations. The Annual International Symposium has become a prominent academic event in the field.

About COB SUFE 上财中欧平台简介

近年来，学校科学研究更是大突破，取得一系列高质量研究成果，包括在国际国内顶尖期刊上发表论文和具有重要影响的著作。根据美国德克萨斯大学达拉斯分校全球中欧平台科研能力排行榜（2012-2016），学校论文发表数位列全球第128，中国（不含港澳台）第5；根据U.S.News全球最好大学经济学与商学学科排行榜（2017），学校全球排名第192，中国（不含港澳台）第7。
