Job description：

2.Our Consultants deliver excellent customer service, are naturally good relationship builders and have a keen eye for detail. They are inquisitive, data literate and effective problem solvers.
3.Combining knowledge of the industry and technical expertise, Consultants work closely with our investment management and investment banking clients to ensure that they are seamlessly integrating our software into their investment process. This opportunity will be based in our fast-growing Shanghai office, which primarily covers clients from Shanghai and Beijing.
4.As a FactSet Consultant, you will combine your strong knowledge in finance with a thorough understanding of FactSet applications to offer an unparalleled level of services.
Requirements —— what you will do this by:
1.Managing a group of accounts assigned to you, ensuring that the relationship is healthy and that the client is getting maximum value out of the FactSet software.
2.Customizing solutions to fit with individual client workflows and ensuring that the client can make efficient and accurate decisions using FactSet data and tools.
3.Effectively demonstrating the various product lines to clients and provide software training to individuals as well as small and large groups.
4.Visiting clients on a regular basis to provide face-to-face support, training and build strong relationships.
5.Working on longer term projects with clients to enable them to get value out of the FactSet product suite.
6.Being effective problem solvers and providing creative solutions to the many questions clients have in and around the use of FactSet.
7.Answering day-to-day client queries and providing creative and complex solutions through our helpdesk. We invest a great deal in graduate training and development for our Consultants and upon joining FactSet; Consultants will undertake an initial 5-week long classroom based training in Manila + 1 month training in Hong Kong office. Following this training, you will quickly become an integral part of the team and start taking up responsibilities.
8.Fresh graduates or investment professionals with less than 3 years of working experience.
9.A bachelor's degree (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, MIS, Computer Science majors are preferred, but all majors will be considered).
10.Interest in finance and familiarity with financial markets.
11.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to come up with creative solutions.
12.Exceptional communication, interpersonal and client facing skills.
13.Sound working knowledge of spreadsheets (e.g. Excel) and databases.
14.Native in Mandarin and fluent in English.
15.Proof of eligibility to work in Shanghai.
