职位一: Ford IT (MBA) for Smart Mobility(1名)


Job Description:
1. Work within EEIT team on various cross functional strategic consulting assignments;
2. Act as IT partner for Emerging initiatives within Ford Motor Company focused on Ford Smart Mobility;
3. Research, Analyze and Understand – 
   (1) Telematics environment in China and understand regulations around the same, and;
   (2) Fleet Management systems in China, competitive environment, financial models;
4. Develop use cases and business case for VMaaS (Vehicle Management as a Service) in China;
5. Partner with business to support engaging potential external partners and explore opportunities;
6. Evaluate strategic fit of potential partners with Ford Motor Company, Present and Recommend actions to IT and Business senior management.


Qualification:
1. Relevant work experience in IT (with focus on IOT and / or telematics preferred). At least 3 years of experience, prefer 5-7 years’ experience ;
2. Business acumen and technology proficiency;
3. Strong Understanding of Automotive industry and the new adjacencies (supplementary and complementary industries);
4. Strong Communication, and Presentation skills; 
5. Financial analysis and Strategic analysis;
6. Benchmarking skills, Market and Corporate Research, Business model creation;
7. A self-starter who can develop a network of contacts inside and outside the IT organization, and take action despite ambiguity and uncertainty;


职位二: Ford IT (MBA) Connect Consumer Experience & Products(1名)


Job Description:
1. Work within EEIT team on various cross functional strategic consulting assignments;
2. Act as IT partner for Emerging initiatives within Ford Motor Company focused on Connected Consumer products;
3. Research, Analyze and Understand – 
   (1) Connected Consumer Products and Product Strategy in China, Including;
      i. In app experience and features, and;
      ii. Product management and release cycles;
   (2) Customer stickiness and loyalty strategies to the apps and vehicle OEM’s ecosystems (online and offline ecosystem); 
4. Partner with business to support engaging potential external partners and explore opportunities in the connected consumer spaces;
5. Evaluate strategic fit of potential partners with Ford Motor Company, Present and Recommend actions to IT and Business senior management.


Qualification:
1. Relevant work experience in IT (with focus on UX & App design and / or product design). At least 3 years of experience, prefer 5-7 years’ experience;

3. Foundational understanding of V2X desired;

Responsibilities:
1. Assist the FSM team to develop the business strategy for specific mobility business operation and expansion;
2. Closely work with FSM team and external consulting company to request and deep dive the data / reports to form the implementable market strategy plan, incl. market size, target segment / customer, access and partnership strategy, etc. ;
3. Assist FSM team in the negotiation with potential partners;
4. Assist the implementation / operation of FSM project in certain cities.


Requirements:
1. MBA with marketing / business development background;
2. Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills with excellent business acumens;
3. Familiar with marketing research methods and data analysis skills;
4. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, good communication in both Chinese and English;


职位四:Ford Smart Mobility Business Strategy Intern - Finance_Strategy_Consulting(1名)


Responsibilities:
1. Together with Business Development team, deep dive into the Smart Mobility sectors, lay out/monitor industry landscapes, identify potential opportunities, and understand market risks;
2. Assist Business Development team in the analysis and evaluation of partnerships, including financial modelling, due diligence, writing reports, and communicating with global working groups;
3. Provide analysis to support internal papers and external presentations;
4. Assist Business Development team in the negotiation with potential partners;
5. Assist Business Development team to manage/track project portfolio;
6. Assist Business Development team to maintain and develop relationships with internal work streams and external institutions (government departments / agencies) as necessary to secure high quality, timely information;
7. Assist as required in administration activities.


Requirements:
1. Current student, with preference for MBA students on Finance/Strategy/Consultant track;
2. Self-motivated and committed individual with superior work ethic and a drive for perfection and a keen attention to details;
3. Strong qualitative and quantitative valuation/analytical skills;
4. Problem-solving ability and results-driven;
5. Enthusiastic attitude, open-minded, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese;
7. Top university degree is a plus.


职位五:Ford Smart Mobility Business Strategy Intern - Engineering background(1名)


Responsibility:
1. Market analysis of the smart mobility project;
2. Business model design of the mobility service;
3. Data analysis of the big data of  mobility service and deliver insights of the data;
4. Pilot project operation.


Qualifications: 
1. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (both oral and written);
2. Engineering Bachelor Degree + MBA is required, with outstanding academic results;
3. Focus on a specific industry (e.g. automotive, internet etc.) ;
4. An analytical thinker and also able to solve problems creatively;
5. Comprehensive computer skills with understanding of basic coding, experience and knowledge of database and statistical software (Such as SAS, R, Python), an d ability to work with large datasets;
6. Ability to translate scientific insights into product decisions and work streams;
7. Good people skills, team oriented, quality driven, highly committed and professional.
