招聘岗位:Product Planning & Strategy Manager


岗位职责:
1. Process: Lead/Support development of Global Product Pre-<PS> workstreams, and/or product strategy studies
    Utilize Pre-program disciplines to develop Carline Product/ Business Compatibility propositions for Global and Regional Tophats that competitively meet customer needs.
 
2. Product: Concept Definition and Business Compatibility
    Deliver profitable products proposal that our customers want and value;
    Support Global Planning Lead to deliver Pre-<PS> workstreams acting as a liaison to develop regional perspectives of sound business proposition;
    Coordinate the phase-in of corporate and regulatory directives (including fuel economy, emissions, technology and feature plans) for AP;
    Act as main interface with JV or outside partners, global platform teams, and AP functional teams such as Vehicle Engineering, Basic Design, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing and Quality to drive program proposal;
    Develop consolidated segment wants for platform, vehicle, powertrain, & technology Cycle Plans;
    Analyze new business and product opportunities to improve Vehicle Line and/or Market profitability;
    Support special product and market studies to deliver AP business needs.
 
3. People: Leadership Role
    Foster clear communication with our Internal customers globally and regionally;
    Act as the voice of AP within the global product planning team and ensure that AP has an equitable voice in;
    Lead, teach, coach and develop planning/business skills.


岗位要求:
1、MBA,工科背景优先;
2、10年及以上工作经验,在汽车行业工作经验超过5年;
3、战略规划或项目管理经验;
4、熟悉整车开发流程;
5、了解汽车相关技术、系统、零部件知识;
6、有带领团队的经验;
7、很好的中英语沟通能力。
